Last updated 17 October 2026. What we collect when you visit or book a walk, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy explains what Vesel Outdoor collects when you visit this site or ask us for a walk, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we keep very little.
Who we are
Vesel Outdoor runs small guided walks in one forest. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@erigokreatif.com.
What we collect
When you use the booking form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the line and the day you would like, how many people are coming, and any note you add. We need this to write back to you and to plan the walk.
When you browse the site, the server that hosts it records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use this only to keep the site running, secure and fast. We do not build profiles from it.
Your choices on the site, such as night or day mode and whether the sound is on, are remembered in your own browser. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.
How we use it
To answer your booking request and arrange the walk with you.
To tell you if a walk has to move because of weather, the closed month or safety.
To keep the site working and protect it from misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we are allowed to
We use your booking details because you asked us to arrange a walk, which is the first step of an agreement with you. We use technical information because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. Where the law asks for your consent, we ask for it first.
Who sees it
Only the guides and the people who plan the walks. We use a small number of service providers to host the site, deliver email and serve the films on the pages. They handle information for us, under contract, and only for these purposes. Some of them may store data outside your country; where that happens, they use the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Booking messages are kept for as long as we need them to run the walk and answer questions about it, and for up to two years after that for our records. Technical logs are deleted on a rolling basis, usually within a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to info@erigokreatif.com and we will answer within a month.
Children
Bookings are made by adults. Children walk with us only with a parent or guardian, who makes the booking for them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
